Tecum Capital Welcomes 2023 Summer Intern for the SBISP

The Small Business Investing Scholars Program is an initiative to create inclusion within the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) community by providing summer intern opportunities

Tecum Capital Partners is pleased to announce its participation again, in the Small Business Investing Scholars Program and welcomes Rachel Dzuban as our Summer Intern on our investment team. Ms. Dzuban, a rising junior at the University of Kentucky, is studying Finance & Business Analytics. Ms. Dzuban will have an opportunity to learn about the M&A and Private Equity industry, evaluate new investment opportunities, facilitate due diligence processes working alongside deal teams, assist with portfolio management, and present findings to the broader team.  

The Small Business Investing Scholars Program is an initiative to create inclusion within the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) community by promoting gender, racial and ethnic diversity by giving young professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the private equity and direct lending industries.
