Matthews will become part of TEAM’s Dry Acquisition LLC (dba The Basement Doctor) platform focused on water displacement management services business that include basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and mold/sewage remediation focused on preserving home value, safety, and structural integrity. Along with Matthews, the TEAM platform includes the brand Basement Doctor and NASH Distribution.
