Tecum Capital held its 2nd CEO Summit last fall and welcomed over 30 portfolio company executives to the Pittsburgh Wyndham Grand and provided a day for them to reflect, re-energize and gain new perspectives. Not only was it an opportunity to network with their peers, but also to gain insight from a full agenda. A personal testimonial was presented by our keynote speaker, Merril Hoge, as he shared his struggles experiencing many debilitating injuries as a child, performing as a professional football player and teammate, and as a cancer survivor. The workshop was led by GOGrowth Operators, facilitated by Tecum Capital advisors, and topics discussed included Elements of a Winning Strategic Plan, Building Your Brand Foundation, and Strategic Planning Best Practices. An informative closing presentation concerning internet security was provided by Gunvir Baveja, EVP of Managed Security Services, Converged Security Solutions, and Rob Bagnell, Founder, and CEO of Maverick Security. Afterward, our executives enjoyed a delightful dinner with the Tecum Capital team and the CEO Summit facilitators and implementers at Pittsburgh’s Ruth’s Chris restaurant. Our CEO Summit not only provides our management teams with informative presentations to help make them better leaders, but it gives them a chance to network and to solve problems as a collaborative group, and, in turn, to generate more successful companies.
